Folios 643-644: Philip Hue, HMS Actaeon, Liverpool. Sending a certificate for two Able Seamen, procured in lieu of James Hall, currently aboard HMS Stork, as per their Lordships' order of 11 November.
Folios 645-646: enclosure with folios 643-644. Letter dated 22 December 1800 by Bell Gibb and Blake, to Evan Nepean, enclosing certificates that they had delivered two Able Seamen to Actaeon, in the place of James Hall. They thank their Lordships for allowing the substitution, but as it has cost them so much time and money they ask that Hall's discharge may be done as swiftly as possible.
Folio 647: enclosure with folios 645-646. Certificate signed 22 December 1800 by Captain Hue, that Frederick Myers and Thomas Gilbert, two Able Seamen, have been received aboard the Actaeon.
Folio 648: enclosure with folios 643-644. Second copy of the certificate from Captain Hue.
