Folio 31: enclosure with folios 29-30. Admiral Albermarle Bertie, on board HMS Africaine off the Ile de France, 25 November 1810 writes to Thomas Graham appointing him acting captain of HMS Africaine in place of Lieutenant Benjamin Street who is removed to HMS Emma.
