Description

Folios 301-302: Bentick Cavendish Doyle, HMS Lightning, Hamoaze.

Encloses [not present] certificates of servitude and conduct for John Rowe who he has asked should be appointed as carpenter. The certificates of Francis Cox who he wants appointed as gunner are currently with the Board having been sent last January and not returned.
