Charles Robinson, formerly a Midshipman on HMS Ranger, has escaped from a French prison and returned to England, being the second gentleman from HMS Ranger to return from France, he asks that their evidence be accepted to grant his Court Martial, also that the First Lieutenant, William Spencer, died four months ago.
