Folios 300-301: Charles Cobb, Yarmouth. He arrived by mail yesterday and went on to HMS Veteran, he was to have been put on board HMS Lion this morning, however from the conduct of crew the Admiral is of the opinion that Captain Edmund Crawley should not give up the command, if his health allows. Admiral Adam Duncan has left it to himself and Captain Crawley to sort out.
