Folios 104-105: George William Blamey, HMS Loire, Spithead. Has arrived after following Admiral George Martin's orders unsuccessfully. The ship needs caulking.
Folios 105-107: enclosed with folios 104-105. Copy of Vice Admiral's George Martin's orders dated 19 December 1812 ordering Thomas Brown, with Captain Maitland under him, to go to where the enemy's frigates were seen.
Folios 107-108: enclosed with folios 104-105. Orders dated 1 January 1813 by George William Blamey, HMS Loire, to the Honourable Maitland, Captain of HMS Pique.
Folio 108: enclosed with folios 104-105. Thomas Davis, Carpenter, HMS Loire. List of defects, dated 5 February 1813.
