Folios 18-19: John Boyle. Poole Rendezvous. He received names and descriptions of two deserters from HMS Otter, taking a cutter. Having received a letter from Captain McKinty he sent an officer to search for them who had learnt the boat had been left stranded at Winspit, a small creek by St. Alban's Head which was secured by the stone quarrymen and she is now restored to HMS Otter. The two men escaped, but he has ordered a sharp look out for them.
