3 individual petitions (George Morris, the prisoner's brother, all countersigned by Robert Lynam and Arthur Campbell) on behalf of Jane Morris convicted at the Old Bailey in December 1830 for stealing £5 in house of her employer Robert Lynam [Robert Lynham]. Grounds for clemency: first offence, respectable family of 12 children, distress of elderly parents, former employer feels too severe a sentence.
