Sent by James B Whitehead, the British Embassy, Berlin (ref 72) on 10/07/1906.

Transmits despatch from Mr William Erskine on proceedings of Anglo German conference on boundary east and west of Lake Victoria; submits recommendations and proposes drawing up a Protocol; comments on cordiality and conciliatory attitude of German Commissioners (includes printed copy).
