Extract from a letter from officers of Hawlbowline yard to the Navy Board. Recommend a clause should be inserted in the Bill for improving the Port Harbour and River at Cork providing that nothing in the Act shall be construed to extend to, or interfere with the mooring, piloting, ballasting or discharging of ballast from any of HM ships of war, revenue vessels, Naval transports or any vessels belonging to the Navy Victualling, Transport and Ordnance Departments, or to any King's Moorings and Buoys.
