See no objection to passing the Bill for improving the Harbour and River at Cork, with certain provisos, and that no authority is given to extend the powers and privileges to HM ships of war and Revenue Cruisers, nor to Crown possessions, or banks attached within or upon Cork Harbour or River, Moorings or Buoys, and the addition of a clause prohibiting interference therewith.
