Description

William Marsden. Captain Dewey has asked to be allowed to draw a portion of his Half Pay, which has been stopped for the last 4 years, as he was indebted to Government on passing his accounts, for raising men in the last war. By next November the half pay due will be sufficient to clear the sum owing but recommend a payment of half of the half pay due him because of the circumstances.
