Description

Received from the Governor of the Bank of England £108,795, paid to Henry Dundas out of Exchequer bills, to be applied to the Navy, Victualling and Transport, to pay unfunded bills registered in December 1795 and to pay one quarter's wages to the Officers and Artificers of the dock and rope yards, as shown.
