Description

Philip Stephens. The Reverend W. Hughes, Chaplain of the Ordinary at Plymouth, offers to resign all his right and interest in the Chapel in the dockyard for the accommodation of the Officers, Clerks and Artificers, upon reasonable compensation being made to him. Opine that it would be advisable for the whole of the Chapel to be Crown property rather than have the Chaplain have any property in it.
