- Folio 196. Letter from William Powell, Clerk to the Guardians of the Newport Pagnell Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board regarding proceeds of the sale of parish property. The overseers of the poor of Water Eaton parish are desirous of receiving an order from the Board to apply the balance of £17 15s 0d from the proceeds of the sale of parish houses to emigration purposes. The proportion of the building loan remaining unpaid is £25 8s 0d. Annotated: refer to the communication of last year and require an explanation.
