Folios 118-119. Letter from John Marshall and George Ford of Birchin Lane, to the Poor Law Commission, forwarding the certificate of the megioration agent in Quebec confirming that they have fulfilled their contract for the emigrants of the 'Ellen' which sailed from Southampton in July 1847. They request the second part of their payment. Enclosed is a list of passengers on the 'Ellen' sailing from Southampton to Quebec and Montreal [Canada], master of the ship G Pettingell.
