Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Parry Young at Swansea, reports that on hearing from the Master of the William of Swansea hired tender at Seilly that he will take the first opportunity to go directly to Liverpool with his gang. Opine that as the Swan has been hired at Bristol, in lieu of Williams, the Lieutenant should be ordered there as in our earlier letter.
