Philip Stephens. Rear Admiral Parker has advised us of the lack of Artificers in Antigua and the need for a Master Attendant. Opine that a Master Attendant is needed in English Harbour during the war and are sending 8 additional Shipwrights by the Fleet now at Spithead and are using every power available to increase the black ones.
