Philip Stephens. We cannot agree with Mr. Durand on a reasonable price for using his ship the British King to receive men, by lying in Sea Reach. Have ordered the Greenwich storeship, fitting at Sheerness, to be prepared for moving into Sea Reach as she can be ready earlier. Propose the Speedwell is retained at Sheerness and that she is not sold until we are able to replace her.
