Description

Philip Stephens. The Treasury proposes entering into further contracts to supply provisions to the troops in the West Indies, East Florida, Georgia, New York and its dependencies and Canada. Ask to be supplied with the planned times of the year when convoys are appointed to the Leeward Islands, Jamaica, New York, Newfoundland and Canada, so we can inform the Treasury and we may then be able to lessen the number of convoys needed.
