Philip Stephens. Samuel Cox, 2nd Clerk to the Comptroller of the Storekeeper's Accounts, has asked for superannuation due to ill health. His illness precludes any further work for the Navy and he is suitable for superannuation. Recommend he receives £50 per annum, as was awarded to W. Tomlinson in January 1779.
