Description

William Fuller, Shipwright at Sheerness, has petitioned that he was one of the Shipwrights chosen to have an apprentice but was unable to find a suitable lad by the deadline. He has now found one of suitable age and height, but has been told that he is too late to offer apprenticeship to the boy unless he receives a special order.
