William Marsden. Mr. Tucker informed us that you had ordered Master Shipwrights of the several yards to report by last April what number of apprentices ordered to be entered to deserving Shipwrights, had not then been procured. The relevant Master Shipwrights should be advised that they were not at liberty after that date to enter such apprentices to such men, as such opportunities will be given to men when they could be procured by the Admiralty.
