William Marsden. Lieutenant Robert Campbell asks to be paid from the time he left England until he joined the Blenheim in June 1795, when the ship was on foreign service. He joined the Flora in July 1795 and commenced pay on the Blenheim in July. Opine he should be allowed half pay as Lieutenant for part of July and personal pay for the Blenheim for the rest. Ask for an order to be issued.
