William Marsden. Lieutenant Ormsby, Commander of the Conflict gun brig, has written about the arrears of his half pay. When he was appointed Commander of the Horno revenue cutter, his records were required in the office, which meant that he missed payment for his service on the Conflict. Recommend the payment should be made with three months' advance.
