Description

William Marsden. Warrant Officers belonging to the ships lent to the Corporation of the Trinity House, have asked to be allowed their compensation pay. The Warrant Officers who have been put under the direction of Trinity House should have the same additional pay for the time they have been so employed as if they had been in commission.
