Description

William Marsden. We are ordered to accept the proposal made by Sir Isaac Coffin, for laying buoys from the mouth of Portsmouth harbor as far south as Southsea Castle. We would like the opinions of Sir Charles Saxton as well as those of the Masters Attendant and the Pilots at Portsmouth to be taken into consideration before proceeding.
