William Marsden. The Chairman of the Court of Directors of the East India Company has offered the controller of the Navy three East India packets, the Swallow, Earl Mornington and the Waller. They have been surveyed at Deptford. The first two are fit for service but the Waller is not. Mr. Ramsey of the EIC says he will dispose of the Swallow and Earl Mornington at an agreed valuation or let them at a certain rate. The Swallow will be let out to the Navy at a price we choose.
