William Marsden. The mother of the late Captain Stoven has asked for dispensation for the lack of his journals and certificate, to enable some arrears of his pay to be made good. Mr. Stoven once acted as Lieutenant of the Hannibal, by order of Rear Admiral RA Parker from April 1796 to December 1799 and his wages have been paid to April 1799. Opine dispensation may be granted on approval.
