William Marsden. Mr. Marsden has written about an imprest for the pay of Captain Osborn, late of the Arrogant, because he approved bills drawn by Mr. Halliday, acting Naval Storekeeper at Bombay. As the Captain had no other involvement than approving the bills, the imprest should be removed.
