William Marsden. Captain Master of the Meteor bomb has written to Admiral Montague to complain about the stores issued to bombs on foreign service. The Portsmouth Officers were referred to and enclose their reply. It is necessary to discuss the establishment of stores for bombs on foreign service. There has always been such an establishment and it has been added to as and when Commanders at Spithead have requested it.
