Description

William Marsden. Lieutenant Chambers of the Conflict gun brig, states in a certificate granted to John Plummer, for the pilotage of his vessel, that Plummer was tried by Court Martial in January and sentences to be reprimanded. Plummer has applied for his pay during this time and ask for a copy of the certificate of sentence of the Court Martial to be issued.
