Commissioner Fanshaw informs the Board that Shipwrights working on the Courageux, Tigre and Warrior, have struck because they are expected to work from 5.30 a.m. until 9 p.m. at night. He has told the Master Shipwright that the men should finish work at 7 p.m. In summer their hours should be 5.00 a.m. till 7 p.m. thought the finishing time might, in times of need, be 8 p.m..
