William Marsden. Charles Richardson, Armourer in Ordinary at Woolwich, has asked to be put on the list of Master Smiths. He is at Woolwich but not of the dockyard and is allowed provisions in the Ordinary. Since the establishment of the Regiment in the dockyard, he has been required to take care of the arms, which has been done to the satisfaction of his Commander. Suggest an allowance of 5s. a week in addition to his £2.5s. pay and provisions.
