William Marsden. The Agent of John Hutchinson has asked for dispensation for some papers so his accounts as Boatswain of the Lutine may be passed. No books or papers for August 1799-1800, were received from Mr. Hutchinson for passing his accounts, nor has the Captain passed his accounts. As he died some years ago, consider the books and papers may be dispensed with and an order should be given to that effect.
