William Marsden. The Agents of T. Blayney have asked for him to be paid for the time he served as Lieutenant on the Hobart sloop. He was entered Acting Lieutenant by order of Captain Lucas, in August 1796 and was discharged in December on the Captain's order. As there was a regular vacancy during this period, we recommend he should be paid.
