Description

The Board to Commissioners Fanshaw, Hope, Coffin and Sir C. Saxton Bach, and to Officers at the outports. Gives the procedure to be followed by them to report the receipt of instruments and the payment of the resulting fees to the Fees office. The reports should clearly indicate the instruments received and the fees, which have been paid for them or are outstanding..
