Description

Evan Nepean. Lieutenant Clark, regulating Officer at Douglas, Isle of Man, has asked what payment he should make to the owner of the Friends tender, Mr. Bacon, who has worked for him for 6 days. He should be paid at the same rate as he is currently receiving.
