Evan Nepean. The Hope cutter was not discharged following the General Order of 13th October as she was not armed. A letter from Admiral Sir Thomas Pasley on the subject is enclosed. Hope was manned and victualled from Cambridge and has since been discharged in accordance with the order of 25th ultimo.
