Description

Evan Nepean. Refers to a letter from Mr Otto about an alleged bequest to a man called Raedel by Adam Taylor. Reports that Taylor was born in Hesse Casel and entered on Sceptre in 1796 aged 28. He was then passed to Oiseau and Orpheus from which ship he was discharged as unfit for service in Amboyna in 1799. No made no will and £26 remains unpaid in wages.
