Copy letter from Peter J Bruff at Sheerness reporting that an investigation has shown that 21 sheaves have been found to have been removed from the topsail bits of Holstein, probably a long time previously. The Gunner reports that 3 had been removed from the storeroom but he did not discover this until he was ordered to do an inventory.
