Evan Nepean. Commissioner Coffin at Sheerness reports that Andrew Hardy, Carpenter of the Holstein was arrested by Mr Buckley, a Warder at Newgate, and taken before a Magistrate for having in his posssion 3 brass sheaves of Danish construction. As the owner of the said property was unknown he was discharged and ordered to return to his ship. A report from the Commissioner concerning items missing from Holstein is enclosed.
