Description

Evan Nepean. The dismissal of the Boatswain of the Stork sloop by court martial meant that no survey of Boatswain's stores between December 1799 and October 1800 was carried out. It is recommended that there is no need for further documentation on Captain Parker's accounts as the rest of his ship's papers are in order and that his attempt to obtain a survey was prevented by orders to sail from the Nore.
