Evan Nepean from Mr Nelson reporting that it is not known into whose care John Manangham, who was invalided from Victorious and brought to England in the East Indiaman Dublin, was discharged at Long Reach on 2nd June 1800. It is feared that he was robbed of his wages before being delivered to Guy's Hospital.
