Philip Stephens. Captain Cosby of the Centaur has asked, that since all her men have been discharged, the ship should be paid off to the 31st May. Opine that if all the Centaur's Petty Officers and Foremast men are ordered to be turned over, there will be no impropriety in paying her to that date as it will save the trouble of making out pay lists for so large a number of men.
