Philip Stephens. The Master Attendant at Deptford observes that if the Riggers, Rigger's Labourers and Extra men are sent to Woolwich, to assist in sailing the Thunderer to Longreach, it will retard the service of that port, as the Jupiter must be undocked on Monday and the Janus taken in her place on Thursday, as the tides will then be highest. From the necessity of these works, we have been obliged to keep these men at Deptford.
