Description

Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Shortland, agent to the transports at Glasgow, informs us that General Skene has applied for him to fit a ship as a Hospital ship to attend the troops ordered to Halifax. He is preparing the Liberty for this purpose and asks whether a hospital ship is necessary to be fitted for this service.
