Description

Philip Stephens. Have agreed for the Countess of Scarborough to serve as an armed ship and have taken up the William and Mary to serve as a transport in her place. An account of the present state of transports proposed to fetch the troops from Bremerlake to Cork: the Preston at Gravesend, the Resolution and William and Mary at Deptford, which will be at Gravesend next Saturday, and the Arwin Galley at Portsmouth, which will be ready this week.
