Description

Philip Stephens. Sir Stainier Porter, Secretary to Lord Wentworth, has sent a letter from David Allen, Superintendent of the Friendship, a Dutch transport, to Lord Stormant, giving an account of her arrival at Nantz. Have given Mr. Allen orders to influence the Master to return to some port in England and upon his arrival to protest against his proceedings.
