Philip Stephens. F, Wilson informs us that Jon Atkinson was appointed Master of the Vulture sloop on 4th May and removed to the Cormorant in June. As the Vulture was under the cheque of the Deptford Yard, for this time, there is no objections to dispensation for the want of his journals and log book.
